Total User Digital Asset Balances are verified via a Merkle Tree
A Merkle Tree is a secure, privacy-friendly data structure that allows XREXers to verify their balance.
We measure the ratio of Total Exchange Digital Asset Inventory Balance to Total User Digital Asset Balance.
This shows XREX can cover all your funds as they are.
1 Bitcoin = 1 Bitcoin.
What’s Proof of User Digital Asset Balance?
This is evidence that XREX has the assets in wallets to cover all user assets. When you deposit 1 Bitcoin, XREX’s exchange wallet assets and user assets increases by 1 Bitcoin, meaning your balance is fully backed.
